A signed agreement or acceptance of quote is required before any work begins.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

JCampos Landscaping & Construction LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather,

equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled service date.

Any pets, valuables, or breakables should be secured prior to service.

Clients must notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden elements

that may affect the job.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work and offer a limited warranty on workmanship for [insert timeframe, e.g., 1 year].

Plantings and natural materials are subject to seasonal and environmental variables; we do not guarantee survival unless

otherwise specified.

Any defects must be reported within the warranty period for resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Delays due to factors beyond our control
